According to statistics of the National Tourism Administration, in 2010, China domestic tourists made 2.1 billion trips, a rise of 11%. China inbound traveler numbers grew by 19.2% to 52.11 million person/times compared to 2009. There have been 140 travel destinations open to travelers.
