Ovolo to Open in Melbourne

The Ovolo Group


The Ovolo Group will open its first overseas property in Melbourne, Australia
in mid 2012. The Ovolo Group is a Hongkong-based hotel and serviced apartment
owner and operator.



It has bought the Somerset Gordon Heights Melbourne from
Ascott for A$11.7 million (US$12.6 million).



The property will feature a mix of studio, one- and
two-bedroom units, as well as penthouses
